The company umrah.com.bd, which was established and is incorporated in compliance with the regulations of the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah, is responsible for publishing and maintaining this website (the "Site"). You unconditionally agree to the terms and conditions outlined below when you access, browse, or use this site. Any sub-site you access through this site—whether it belongs to an "affiliate" of umraht.com.bd or not—may have its own terms and conditions of use that are unique to that sub-site. Sub-sites could have extra terms and conditions of usage that are outlined there. To use the umraht.com.bd website, you must accept the following Terms & Conditions. The end user (whether a customer, consumer, traveler, vendor or any other third party using the website for any purpose whatsoever) is referred to as "your" or "you" in this document. The entire agreement between you and umraht.com.bd with regard to your use of this Site is set forth in these Conditions and Conditions of Use and any additional terms placed on this Site collectively. Regardless of how you register for or use the services, by using any of our services, you agree to have read, understood and be bound by the Terms. You must not register for or use our services if you do not want to be bound by the Terms. The end user who accesses umraht.com.bd, the website, its contents, and uses the Services made available through the Website is referred to as "you" or "User" in these Terms.
You may only use this site for personal purposes. Anything you copy from this site, including but not limited to any content, photos, audio, or video, may not be shared, traded, modified, sold, or transmitted for any commercial, business, or public purpose.

umrah.com.bd offers you a limited right to access, view, and use this Site so long as you abide by the terms of these Terms and Conditions of Use. You consent to not obstruct or attempt to obstruct this Site's operation in any way.

General Terms and Conditions

  1. 1. The Platform is the only owner of all rights to the content published on umraht.com.bd OTA B2B/B2C, including but not limited to any text, image, icon, logo, trademark, video/audio media, and links.
  2. 2. Any of the aforementioned content that has been published on The Platform may not be copied, transferred, reused without alteration, or reused with modification by The Customer.
  3. 3. You are given a restricted, non-transferable license by the Platform to use this website in accordance with the guidelines in this User Agreement. You may not use this website for any other reasons, including without limitation, making speculative, false, or fraudulent reservations or reservations made in advance of demand. You may only use this website to make lawful reservations or transactions. Reservations made in the name of fictional individuals are prohibited.
  4. 4. The Customer hereby agrees that under no circumstances will he/she distribute, resell, cross-sell, or permit access to the Services to any third party, or allow multiple end users to access the Services using shared login information (i.e., a shared email address and password). The Customer also agrees that he/she will not at any time violate the terms of this Agreement.
  5. 5. While The Platform investigates complaints or suspected violations of this Agreement, or for any other reason, The Platform has the right to suspend The Customer's ability to use or access the Services (or a portion of the Services), at any time. Additionally, it will have the authority to forbid or restrict The Customer from using the Services if, in its judgment, The Platform believes that The Customer is abusing the Services in any way.
  6. 6. The correctness of any information provided must be verified by the Customer before it is submitted to the Platform via online forms or by the Platform support staff via email, social media, call center tickets, or direct phone conversations.
  7. 7. The Customer is aware that any discrepancy between the information provided and actual legal documents (National Identity documents, passports, medical certificates, medical status reports, and/or information regarding medical vaccinations) will result in service failure (denial of service) without the Platform's involvement, but it may also result in penalties that the Customer is responsible for depending on the circumstances and the terms and conditions of the Regulator, The Platform, as well as other factors.
  8. 8. When information is updated or provided directly by The Provider or The GDS, The Platform is not liable for any errors, omissions, or representations on any of its pages, links, or connected website pages
  9. 9. The Customer is aware that the Platform, by default, complies with the Regulator's rules and regulations as well as the general Laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. As a result, the Customer must do the same.
  10. 10. Additionally, the platform reserves complete authority to modify, add, or edit all of the terms and conditions as it sees fit.

Umrah Visa Service Terms and Conditions

  1. 1. The Customer is entirely responsible for ensuring that he or she enters or exits the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in accordance with the scheduled times. Any fines or denied services resulting from a late departure belong to the customer.
  2. 2. The Platform is in charge of processing Umrah visa application data (in the B2C version), submitting/redirecting the customer to the visa website (in the B2B version), and emailing the customer the status of their umrah e-visa.
  3. 3. It must be noted that the Embassy alone has the authority to grant or deny an Umrah visa, and neither The Platform nor any other party involved in the process is liable or responsible in any way for any delays in the approval or denial of any applicant's visa request by the Embassy, which also reserves the right to request additional documentation and to reject the visa application.
  4. 4. The Customer acknowledges that once paid, the Umrah Visa fees are not refundable in accordance with regulator rules.
  5. 5. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs reserves the right to reject an Umrah visa for a variety of reasons. The Customer acknowledges that The Platform is not responsible for any consequences of the Umrah Visa refusal because it is a governmental decision that is outside of The Platform's purview. However, our support staff may help the customer on a second attempt or direct them in the right way to diagnose and resolve an issue.
  6. 6. The Platform Team will try their best, within the parameters of each service cancellation policy, to reimburse as much money as they can to the Customer in the event that the umrah.com.bd includes several services and the Umrah Visa is permanently rejected.
  7. 7. The customer is aware that he is responsible for any penalties or charges that may accrue from all services as a result of the Umrah Visa being rejected or a service being denied if he provided false information on the Visa application forms or to the support team through any digital or non-digital methods.
  8. 8. If you are unable to travel because you were unable to secure the proper visa or fulfill other immigration requirements you might have, the Platform will not be held liable.

User Conduct and Rules

The following uses of the website are not permitted

  1. * Spreading any content that is illegal, offensive, libelous, abusive, threatening, hurtful, or otherwise objectionable.
  2. * Transmitting content that promotes actions that are illegal, punishable by fines, or otherwise violate any applicable laws, rules, or codes of behavior.
  3. * Gaining unauthorized access to other computer networks.
  4. * Preventing someone else from using the website.
  5. * Unauthorized access.
  6. * Violate or break any applicable laws.
  7. * Networks or websites connected to the Website being interfered with or disrupted.
  8. * Making electronic copies of works under copyright protection and using those copies without the owner's consent is prohibited.

Cancellation and Refund

Your purchase or reservation may need to be canceled in some cases, such as when there are restrictions on travel, emergencies arise, or price information is inaccurate or mistaken. To confirm the purchase, we might need additional documentation like IBAN or credit/debit card statements.
Refund requests for cancellations will solely be subject to the GDS's or any other entity's cancellation policy, via which the booking was made. Any transaction or booking that is canceled before check-in or the departure date is subject to GDS's cancellation charges.

Please Note: After booking an Umrah Package with Visa -

  1. * Before proceeding to the visa page, the customer can cancel the booking as per the cancellation policy. Once the customer starts the visa process the entire booking will become Non-Refundable/ Non-Cancellable
  2. * If the MoHU rejects the visa – the customer can cancel the bookings as per the cancellation policy
