- Hady (Dam Al-Shukr / Qurbani) is not included in the package price. Approximate cost is SAR 750–850 per person, subject to the rates announced by the relevant authorities.
- Room-sharing categories apply only to hotels in Makkah and Madinah. In Shisha/Aziziyah, male and female pilgrims are accommodated in separate shared rooms (typically 5–6 persons for Economy/Standard, up to 5 for Deluxe/Superior/Premium). Private rooms may be available at extra cost, subject to availability.
- Personal expenses, optional services, and any items not specifically mentioned under Package Includes.

- Upgrade to A Tent / VIP Tent (Maktab) with Special VIP Bus Service during the Hajj period: approx. BDT 2,50,000 per person, subject to availability and approval.

Cancellation Policy
Once confirmed, Hajj bookings are non-refundable, non-changeable, and non-transferable, subject to the Hajj policies, regulations, and operational requirements of the relevant Saudi Arabian and Bangladeshi authorities.
Requirements
Pre-Registration:
- Hajj Pre-Registration Fee: BDT 30,000 per person (refundable, subject to terms).
- Scanned copy of Passport (valid until 31 Dec 2027) or NID for pre-registration.
- A personal bank account in Bangladesh, in the pilgrim's own name.
Final Registration:
- Scanned copy of Passport (valid until at least 31 Dec 2027).
- Registration Fee: BDT 350,000.
- Preferred Hajj Vaccination District.
- Preferred Type of Hajj: Tamattu, Ifrad, or Qiran.
The 40-day itinerary
Dhaka – Jeddah – Makkah (Umrah)
Departure from Dhaka to Jeddah. Transfer from Jeddah Airport to the Makkah Hotel. Check in, and perform Umrah the same day.
Makkah
Spend these blessed days in Makkah focusing on prayers, Nafal Tawaf, recitation of the Holy Qur'an, and personal Ibadah.
Makkah Ziyarah
- Jabal Al-Noor (Cave of Hira) — site of the first revelation.
- Jabal Thawr (Cave of Thawr) — refuge during the Hijrah.
- Mina, Masjid Al-Khaif, Jamarat, Mount Arafat (Jabal Ar-Rahmah), Muzdalifah.
- Jannatul Mualla and Masjid Al-Jinn.
After the Ziyarah, focus on regular prayers and Ibadah.
Makkah – Taif Ziyarah
- The grave of Abdullah Ibn Abbas and the mosque by his name.
- Historic Taif grape gardens.
- The miqat Qarn al-Manazil, where Ihram is worn for Umrah.
Makkah – Jeddah City Tour
Jeddah Corniche, The Courtyard City, Municipality Museum (Bait Al Balad), Floating Mosque, The Red Sea Mall, Fakieh Aquarium, Durrah Beach, and the Red Sea.
Makkah
Spend these blessed days in Makkah focusing on prayers, Nafal Tawaf, recitation of the Holy Qur'an, and personal Ibadah.
Makkah – Madinah
Check out from the Makkah Hotel, transfer to the Madinah hotel, check in, and overnight in Madinah.
Madinah Ziyarah
- Masjid-e-Quba, the first mosque built by Muslims.
- Masjid-e-Qiblatain, where the command to change the Qiblah was received.
- Masjid-e-Juma, site of the Prophet's (PBUH) first Jum'ah prayer.
- Grave of Hamza (RA) and the Martyrs of Uhud.
- Site of the Battle of the Trench (Khandaq).
After the Ziyarah, focus on regular prayers and Ibadah.
Madinah
Focus on prayers, recitation of the Holy Qur'an, and personal Ibadah. Visit Jannatul Baqi after Fajr or Asr, and Riyadh Al-Jannah subject to a Nusuk App appointment. Wudu at the hotel followed by two Rak'ahs at Masjid Quba is also encouraged.
Madinah – ShiRsha / Aziziyah
Check out from the Madinah Hotel, transfer to the ShiRsha/Aziziyah Apartment, check in and overnight there.
Shrisha / Aziziyah
Daily Hajj orientation sessions, practical demonstrations, and Shariah briefings conducted by our scholars and Hajj consultants.
Shirsha/Aziziyah – Mina
Make the intention for Hajj and enter Ihram. Transfer to the Mina Tent (Maktab). Subject to Muallim arrangements, pilgrims may be transferred to Mina on the night of 07 ZH.
Mina – Arafah – Muzdalifah (Hajj Day)
Daytime in Arafah: After Fajr, remain in prayer, supplication and remembrance of Allah, performing Dhuhr and Asr together as prescribed. Spend this greatest day of Hajj making sincere Dua for yourself, your family, and the Ummah.
Nighttime in Muzdalifah: After sunset, perform Maghrib and Isha together, spend the night under the open sky, and collect pebbles for the Jamarat ritual.
Muzdalifah – Mina – Jamarat – Masjid Al-Haram – Mina
After Fajr, proceed to Jamarat and stone Jamrat Al-Aqabah (7 pebbles). Perform Hady, shave/trim hair, and exit Ihram. Proceed to Masjid Al-Haram for Tawaf Al-Ifadah and Sa'i, then return to Mina for the night.
Mina – Jamarat – Mina
Second day of stoning (7+7+7) across all three pillars in order — Ula, Wusta, then Aqaba — then return to the Mina tent overnight.
Mina – Jamarat – Shisha/Aziziyah
Third day of stoning (7+7+7) across all three pillars in order, then return to the Shisha/Aziziyah apartment for the night.
Shirsha / Aziziyah
Focus on prayers, recitation of the Holy Qur'an, and personal Ibadah.
Shirsha/Aziziyah – Dhaka
Perform your bidai Tawaf (Tawaf al-Wida) before departing. Check out and transfer to Jeddah Airport for the return flight to Dhaka. End of services.

- Package prices are applicable for group departures only.
- Pricing is based on the prevailing cost structure of Hajj 2026. Any increase in costs, taxes, fees, or charges imposed by relevant authorities, airlines, or service providers may result in a corresponding price adjustment.
- Visa processing is subject to approval by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA) and other relevant authorities.
- All services are subject to availability at the time of booking.
- Prices are calculated at SAR 1 = BDT 33 and USD 1 = BDT 123.29. Significant exchange-rate fluctuation before final confirmation may result in a price adjustment.
- Itineraries, schedules, accommodation and transport are subject to change without prior notice due to operational requirements.
- No refund will be provided for unused, missed, or reduced-duration services after confirmation.
- Umrah.com.bd reserves the right to collect additional charges for new taxes, fees, or surcharges imposed by government authorities, airlines, hotels, transport operators, or Muallim authorities.
- The Nusuk App is mandatory for visiting Riyadh Al-Jannah (Rawdah). Install it before departure and secure an appointment early.
- Transport for Jeddah, Makkah, Madinah, Mina, Arafah, Muzdalifah and Ziyarah tours is by bus. Without the Special VIP Bus Service, core Hajj-day transport is generally shared, at approximately 100 pilgrims (+/-) per bus.
- On ZH, no transportation is provided between Muzdalifah, Jamarat, Shisha/Aziziyah, Masjid Al-Haram or Mina, except for pilgrims who have booked the Special VIP Bus Service.
- Umrah.com.bd is not responsible for delays caused by traffic congestion, prayer-time restrictions, road closures, government regulation, weather, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control.
- Standard hotel check-in in Saudi Arabia is 4:00 PM and check-out is 12:00 PM. Umrah.com.bd is not responsible for early check-in or late check-out requests.
- Room allocation is at the hotel's discretion, subject to availability. Special requests should be raised directly with hotel reception; fulfilment cannot be guaranteed.
- Most hotels in Makkah, Madinah, Shisha and Aziziyah do not carry internationally recognized star ratings; ratings mentioned are generally local classifications.
- Bathrooms may not include separate buckets; shower facilities are standard in Saudi hotels and apartments.
- Room categories (Single/Double/Triple/Quad/Quint) refer to occupancy, not bed type or count, which may vary by hotel.
- Economy, Standard and some Deluxe hotels may not provide complimentary drinking water in-room.
- Most Makkah/Madinah/Jeddah hotels are Twin or Double rooms with additional beds for Triple/Quad/Quint occupancy; extra-bed comfort may differ from main beds.
- Where attached bathrooms are limited, those rooms are allocated to female pilgrims whenever possible, subject to availability.
Upon arrival in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, passports may be collected by the relevant Saudi authorities in accordance with Hajj regulations. Passports are generally returned to pilgrims on or before the day of their return flight from KSA.
- Meals vary by package, hotel and operational requirements — served buffet-style at the hotel, as packed catering, or via redeemable meal vouchers. Unused vouchers returned to us may be eligible for a refund of SAR 15 per meal.
- Typical breakfast: Porota/Ruti/Khichuri, Vegetable/Dal, Boiled Egg. Typical lunch & dinner: Beef/Chicken/Fish, Vegetable/Vorta/Shak, Dal, Plain Rice.
- During the Hajj period (08–12 ZH), meal arrangements differ from the regular schedule. Except where specifically included (lunch/dinner on 10 ZH, dinner on 12 ZH), pilgrims in Shisha/Aziziyah or Makkah hotels are generally responsible for their own meals.
- Flight schedules are set by the respective airlines and may change without notice; hotel and ground bookings may remain unchanged despite such shifts, with any resulting costs borne by the pilgrim.
- Umrah.com.bd is not responsible for flight delays, cancellations, rescheduling, missed connections, or disruptions caused by airlines, airports, weather, or government regulation.
- In the event of delayed, lost, or mishandled baggage, Umrah.com.bd will provide reasonable assistance but is not responsible for recovery, compensation, or associated losses.
- Package duration may occasionally be extended or reduced by a few days due to flight availability and scheduling; this does not automatically entitle a refund or compensation.
- Ziyarah/City Tour timings vary with operational requirements. Makkah/Madinah Ziyarah: approx. 7:00 AM, 2–3 hours. Taif/Badr Ziyarah: approx. 8:00 AM, 6–7 hours. Jeddah City Tour: approx. 2:00 PM, 5–6 hours.
